While I wasn’t impressed with the Simple Skincare Since Revitalizing Eye Roll-On, I did want to try the makeup wipes since I’ve kind of developed a thing for them–I have a pack on hand at all times. They are just so darned convenient! I use them when I’m too tired to take my makeup off, after the gym and for travel. I’ve tried a LOT of brands, but haven’t hit on a brand that checks all the boxes. Yes to Blueberries is great for brightening but is too harsh for taking off eye makeup, Josie Maran Bare Naked Wipes are soft, but TOO soft, they kind of fall apart, Philosophy is too expensive–$15 for 30 wipes and Soap and Glory Off Your Face Cleansing Cloths dried out my skin.
When I tried Simple Skincare Cleansing Facial Wipes (25 for $4.99), I felt like Goldilocks because they are juuuust right! They are gentle enough for sensitive skin and don’t dry out my skin even if I use them for a week straight, though I never do *wink wink.* They take off waterproof mascara without making my under eye area feel dry or tight and cleanse very well–even waterproof mascara!
Next time you are in Target or your favorite drugstore, check out the Simple Skincare line up. I have some other products in the line to test, so I will report back!
